Our route delivery driver job is great for someone who enjoys working independently, is anxious to learn, responsible, punctual, reliable, honest and self motivated.

We value our drivers because they are key to providing the great customer service our customers expect in home milk delivery, so we pay them well. Salary range is between $2600 - $3600 per month based on performance. We also provide benefits including health insurance after 90 days, 1 week vacation after one year of employment, 2 weeks vacation after 2 years of employment then 1 day for each year after that up to 3 weeks, Holiday Pay, and a 401K retirement plan after one year of employment.

This delivery job requires working nights from 9:30 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday night through Friday morning. We provide the 1 ton step van truck. A drug test will be required before employment.

Our truck drivers must be able to:
Provide Current Colorado Drivers License
Provide current copy of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) verifying four points or less in the last three years and under no suspensions in the last five years.
Must have had a license for at least 5 years
Carry milk (20-75 pounds) from truck to customers’ doorsteps
Deliver to 150+ customers each night
Load and unload truck with crates of milk
Easily read and follow route maps
Inspect vehicles for mechanical safety
Obey traffic laws
Clearly read and write in English
Maintain clear customer records
Deliver billing statements and other materials to customers
Collect and return payments
Verify truck inventory
