Plant Operator

We are looking for an employee who is willing to learn how to operate each piece of equipment in our bottling plant. This employee will be required to rotate through the different positions within the plant daily. This person must comply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.

Good Compensation and Opportunity: A Plant Operator starts out at $11/hour with an opportunity to receive a raise after a 90 day probationary period.
Training Provided: Our Supervisors will train you to operate each piece of plant equipment, fork lift and company vehicles.
Typical Schedule:
- The standard hours are 6:00am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday
- There is some opportunity for Overtime
Here’s what we need from you:
- A Current Colorado Drivers License (active for at least 5 years)
- Provide current copy of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) verifying four points or less in the last three years and under no suspensions in the last five years.
- Employee Screenings: Criminal Background Checks, Drug Screenings and MVRs are required for conditional job offer.
- Dress Code – Longmont Dairy provides uniforms for Plant Operators. You will also be required to wear hair and beard nets, hearing protection, eye protection, Kevlar gloves, and waterproof boots.
