At Longmont Dairy, we value our sales team because they are the key to our success. We are looking for self-motivated, high energy, reliable and honest people to join our team, able to succeed as door to door sales representatives.

Haven’t tried sales? Fearful of going door to door? If you like people and enjoy talking to friends, you may have just the personality we are looking for. We provide training and get you started through our team method of training. And you can be proud of the wholesome products you will be selling. There’s nothing to push on people. It’s a clear case of the greatest value in nutrition, with the convenience of home delivery which saves gas, and the good feeling of supporting our Green Initiative of recyclable glass bottles that don’t contribute to land fills.

Our salesmen and women receive a generous compensation package, allowing for increased income for each sales representative as they excel. Following a one-month training period, during which a sales person is paid about $3,000 per month based on sales goals, sales representatives can earn from $30,000 to $60,000 a year.

Work schedule hours vary throughout the year. In the summer, they are Monday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In the winter, the hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our sales representatives must be able to:
Provide Current Colorado Drivers License
Provide current copy of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) verifying four points or less in the last three years and under no suspensions in the last five years.
Employee Screenings: Criminal Background Checks, Drug Screenings and MVRs are required for conditional job offer.
Must have had a license for at least 5 years
Easily read and follow route maps
Inspect vehicles for mechanical safety
Obey traffic laws
Clearly read and write in English
Maintain records
Write new customer orders according to company guidelines
Order sales samples

Dress Code - A clean, well-groomed appearance is required. Uniform jackets, shirts and caps are required.
Dress is casual, but professional. Jeans, athletic shoes and tee shirts are not allowed.
