Longmont Dairy values our sales team because they are key to our success. We are looking for self-motivated, high energy, reliable and honest people to join our team, able to succeed as door to door sales representatives.

Our salesmen and women receive a generous compensation package, allowing for increased income for each sales representative as they excel. Following a three-month training period, during which a sales person is paid about $3,000 per month based on sales goals, sales representatives can earn from $30,000 to $60,000 a year.

Work schedule hours vary throughout the year. In the summer, they are Monday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In the winter, the hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our sales representatives must be able to:
Provide Current Colorado Drivers License
Provide current copy of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) verifying four points or less in the last three years and under no suspensions in the last five years.
Must have had a license for at least 5 years
Easily read and follow route maps
Inspect vehicles for mechanical safety
Obey traffic laws
Clearly read and write in English
Maintain records
Write new customer orders according to company guidelines
Order sales samples
Attend weekly meetings

Dress Code - A clean, well-groomed appearance is required. Uniforms are required.
Dress is casual, but professional. Jeans, athletic shoes and tee shirts are not allowed.
