Fuel Up to Play 60
Fuel Up to Play 60 Fights Childhood Obesity.
In the battle against childhood obesity, which is at an all-time high, Fuel Up to Play 60 offers school programs that demonstrate how to eat a healthy breakfast and keep students moooving with at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day. The Denver Broncos and the Western Dairy Association are encouraging local schools, throughout the Front Range, to teach children how to live healthy, long lives with good nutrition and daily physical activity. The program encourages children and youth to consume nutrient-rich meals including dairy foods, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

I opened a new chapter in my life at age twenty nine...I started cycling!
We live in beautiful Colorado and it is tough to sit still for too long with the blue sky luring you to the outdoors. I wanted a new challenge and started racing my bicycle locally in the Front Range. Now I am a professional athlete racing on the US National Team all over the world!
As an eleven time National Champion, 6 time Pan Am Championship medalist and member of the US Olympic Long Team for London, I start every day by with a cup of French press coffee with fresh half and half for the morning dog walk. And after that? A big bowl of steel cut oats with whole milk, cream on top yogurt and fresh fruit! I'm always looking forward to getting out the door and getting my MOOOVE on!
