Here is how it works:
We will automatically charge your credit card at the beginning of each month for the previous month's service. Use this form to print and sign the agreement. You may fax it to (303) 776-0503, or mail it to the office, to ensure the security of your credit card. We are also working on Internet capabilities to manage your account in late 2009. Click here
