Longmont Dairy Farm is pleased to announce that we are now able accept credit cards, for your convenience! You wanted credit cards, so you would not need to write a check every month, and we are happy to extend this service to you.
Here is how it works:
We will charge your credit card at the beginning of each month for the previous month's service. Use this form to print and sign the agreement. You may fax it to (303) 776-0503, or mail it to the office, to ensure the security of your credit card.

Order changes accepted until 7:00 p.m.
Error Message While Ordering?
Please check back to the website later, give us a call, or just put a note in your porch box. You will see a confirmation screen when the order is complete. You will no longer receive a confirmation email. We are working hard to improve our ordering system, and appreciate your feedback and patience. |
